(Beginner) General Health from the Spirits

This is my first spell, I just started today. (Though in my youth i did experiment with spells, but this time i've done research) It requires a magic circle. I genuinely feel better after it as someone with a chronic illness.

Casting Instructions for '(Beginner) General Health from the Spirits'

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Earth: Stone, Crystal, or bowl of salt - Element North
  • Fire: Wand or Candle - Element East (I used a candle)
  • Air: Incense or a blade (I used a blade with a dragon on it, dragon is optional i just like dragons)
  • Water: Cup or bowl of water or a sea shell (I used a sea shell)
  • Spirit: Empty vessel, preferably ceramic or crystal. (I didn't have either on me so I used an empty jar.)

For the magic Circle, I used the one from Christopher Penczak's The Casting of Spells book 1 as I heard good reviews from other people.

Cast your magic circle using your ingredients of choice, making sure the object matches up with the elements, and perform the opening ritual of your choice.

Reminder that perfection doesn't matter as much as intention, belief and passion:

 

Chant in your head, out loud, or whisper while facing each element:

To the Earth of the North, I request a blessing of Physical Health

So Mote it Be

To the Fire of the East, I request a blessing of Passion

So Mote it Be

To the Air of the South, I request a blessing of Clarity

So Mote it Be

To the Water of the West, I request a blessing of Mental Health

So Mote it Be

To the Spirits, I thank you

To the universe, I thank you
